用户通过香港航空和海南航空的官网/APP/H5/微信小程序购买指定机票，在该机票使用后，金鹏俱乐部会员乘机人即可获得净票价50%之“快闪优惠“代金券回赠，该代金券可在香港航空移动端内（APP/H5/微信小程序）内作现金抵扣使用。
销售渠道及航班
销售渠道：香港航空官网（www.hkairlines.com）、H5移动网站（mw.hkairlines.com）、APP、微信小程序； 海南航空官网（www.hnair.com）、H5移动网站（m.hnair.com）、APP、微信小程序。
适用航班：注明有“快闪优惠”的航班。
销售时间：自2025年5月28日起，不定期限量推出，请密切留意上述销售渠道。
产品权益及规则
1. 产品权益：通过香港航空和海南航空的官网/APP/H5移动网站/微信小程序购买指定“快闪优惠”航班机票，在该机票被使用后的5个工作日内，机票乘机人的金鹏会员帐户可获赠机票净价（不含辅营产品和税费）50%的“快闪优惠“代金券。代金券按N张100元券和1张零头券发送（不计小数位）。
举例：会员订单中包含票面净价1253元，辅营产品100元，税费200元。 乘坐该班机的会员可获赠1253x50%=626元代金券，其中6张100元面额，1张26元面额。
2. 代金券面额：港币元HKD和人民币元CNY，按旅客购票时使用的货币发放。
3. 为了能够收到代金券：乘机人应在该机票使用之前完成金鹏会员的注册；购票时填写的出行证件资料必须与注册金鹏会员时登记的证件资料相符。
4. 代金券使用规则：
4.1 在香港航空移动端中（APP/H5/微信小程序）当做现金抵扣消费（包含机票、辅营产品、税费等）。
4.2 “快闪优惠“代金券不适用于购买任何“快闪优惠”航班、特别航班、包机及代码共享航班。 任何订单中只要包含“快闪优惠”航班、特别航班、包机及代码共享班机，即无法部分或全部使用代金券支付。
4.3 每个订单最多使用3张”快闪优惠”代金券。
4.4 代金券有效期：自发放之日起6个月内有效。
4.5 如代金券之价值高于所支付的订单，其余额将保留在原有之金鹏会员帐户内。 如代金券不足以全数支付订单，其差额可用其它电子支付补齐（如信用卡、微信支付、支付宝）。
4.6 如乘客主动申请取消含代金券及电子支付的订单，将按产品条款先从代金券扣除相关手续费后，代金券余额退回帐户；其余电子支付之款项退款，则经原电子支付渠道退款。
4.7 代金券不可兑换为现金。
4.8 “快闪优惠“代金券与香港航空的其它代金券的使用规则有所不同，亦不能混合使用。
5. 会员无论是自愿或非自愿退票，都不会享有此产品权益。
6. 会员无论是自愿或非自愿改期，都不会享有此产品权益。
其它条款
1. 缺席航班费用、更改航班费用以及退款费用，将根据承运人香港航空相关机票规则收取。
2. 此优惠须受香港航空和海南航空的订票条款约束，如有任何更改，恕不另行通知，香港航空和海南航空对由于技术问题（包括但不限于任何电脑或互联网问题）而导致的任何错误或遗漏，将不承担相关责任。

Flash Sale，Members Exclusive
Introduction (2.0)
Product Overview
Users who purchase designated flight tickets through Hong Kong Airlines and Hainan Airlines official website/H5/APP/WeChat Mini Program shall, upon utilization of such tickets, have the Fortune Wing Club (FWC) membership passengers eligible to receive a cash voucher rebate equivalent to 50% of the net ticket fare under the “Flash Sale.” This cash voucher can be used as a cash offset on the Hong Kong Airlines mobile platforms (APP/H5/WeChat Mini Program).
Sales Channel and Flights
Sales Channel: Hong Kong Airline official website（www.hkairlines.com）, H5 (mw.hkairlines.com), APP, WeChat mini program; Hainan Airlines official website (www.hnair.com), H5 (m.hnair.com), APP, WeChat mini program.
Eligible flights: Designated flights marked with “Flash Sale”.
Sales Date: Starting May 28th, 2025, there shall be irregular and limited releases. Please pay close attention to the aforementioned sales channels.
Product Rules
1. Product benefit: Users who purchase designated “Flash Sale” tickets via the Hong Kong Airlines and Hainan Airlines official website, mobile platforms (APP, H5, WeChat mini program) shall receive “Flash Sale” cash vouchers worth 50% of the net ticket fare (excluding ancillary products and taxes) within five working days after the ticket has been used. The cash voucher rebate consists of N voucher(s) with a denomination of 100 and one voucher with a denomination below 100 (without decimals).
Example: If a FWC member’s ticket has a net fare of HKD 1,253, ancillary products of HKD 100, and taxes of HKD 200, the member shall receive total cash vouchers of HKD 626, consisting of six HKD 100 vouchers and one HKD 26 voucher.
2. The cash vouchers shall be denominated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) or Chinese Yuan (CNY), according to the currency used by the user at the time of ticket purchase.
3. To be eligible to receive the cash vouchers, the passenger must complete the registration as a FWC member before using the ticket; additionally, the identification document details provided at the time of ticket booking must exactly match those registered in the FWC member account.
4. Usage rules of the cash vouchers:
4.1 It can be used as cash for payment (including tickets, ancillary products, taxes, etc.) in the Hong Kong mobile platforms (H5/APP/WeChat Mini Program).
4.2 Flash Sale cash vouchers are not applicable for purchasing any” Flash Sale” flights, special flights, chartered flights or code-share flights. If any order includes any of these, cash vouchers cannot be used partially or fully.
4.3 A maximum of 3 cash vouchers can be used per order.
4.4 Voucher validity: Valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
4.5 If the cash voucher’s value exceeds the order amount, the balance shall remain in the member’s account. If the cash voucher does not cover the entire order, the difference can be paid using other electronic payment methods (including but not limited to credit card, WeChat Pay, and Alipay).
4.6 Should the passenger voluntarily request cancellation of an order that includes cash vouchers and electronic payments, the applicable service charges shall be deducted from the cash vouchers following the product terms, and the remaining cash voucher balance shall be refunded to the account; any remaining funds originally paid via electronic payment shall be refunded through the original electronic payment channel.
4.7 The cash voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
4.8 The rules for the use of this Flash Sale campaign cash voucher are different from the other Hong Kong Airlines vouchers and cannot be mixed.
5. Members who voluntarily or involuntarily cancel their tickets shall not be applicable to this benefit.
6. Members who voluntarily or involuntarily reschedule their tickets shall not be applicable to this benefit.
Additional Terms and Conditions:
1. No-show fee, re-booking fee, and refund fee are subject to carrier Hong Kong Airlines ticket rules.
2. This offer is subject to Hong Kong Airlines’ booking agreement, along with Hainan Airlines’ booking agreement and may change without prior notice. Hong Kong Airlines and Hainan Airlines shall not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to any error or omission due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
3. 3.Fortune Wings Club (FWC) members are eligible for FWC points accrual. Points credit shall be based on actual flown distance and booking class and is subject to FWC’s terms and conditions which is available at https://www.hongkongairlines.com/en_HK/FFP/earn/earn_hx .
4. Nothing in the Terms and Conditions shall confer any third-party rights or benefits.
5. The General Conditions of Carriage published by Hong Kong Airlines apply (subject to change from time to time) and are available on Hong Kong Airlines’ website.
6. Hong Kong Airlines reserves all the rights to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
7. 7.In the event of any dispute regarding any of the Terms and Conditions, Hong Kong Airlines reserves the final decision-making authority.
8. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
