Hong Kong Airlines is dedicated to assisting with diverse travel needs. If you require any assistance services or have special travel requests, please submit the following form as early as possible, or at least 48 to 72 hours prior to your flight, so that we may do our best to accommodate your needs.If you need to reserve a special meal between 48 and 24 hours prior to your flight departure, please contact our customer service hotline or make your reservation through your travel agency. Please note that special meal requests submitted, changed, or canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time will not be accepted.
