We offer a variety of common special meal options in business class. In economy class, for flights serving light meals, special meal choices include infant meals, children's meals, vegetarian meals (non-dairy), Chinese and Western-style vegetarian meals, Hindu vegetarian meals, diabetic meals, and Muslim meals. Please note that special meal requests cannot be accommodated on flights that only serve snacks.
To request a special meal within 72 to 24 hours before your flight, please contact our customer service hotline or make a reservation through your travel agency. Kindly note that submissions, changes, or cancellations for special meals cannot be accepted within 24 hours of the flight departure.

If you would like to apply for the Unaccompanied Minor Service, please note that for children aged 6 to 12 years on the day of travel, the full adult fare must be purchased, along with applicable handling and booking service fees. In the request description, please provide the following details for the unaccompanied minor: name, date of birth, and gender, as well as the outbound and return itinerary (if applicable). Additionally, include the contact information of the applicant, along with the contact phone numbers and residential addresses of the parent and guardian, drop-off person, and pick-up person (all information must be provided in English).”

The maximum weight limit for Baby Bassinet is 11kg, with dimensions of 750 mm x 340 mm x 224 mm. Please provide the infant's height and weight in the Requirements specification. Availability of Baby Bassinet on the aircraft is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that Baby Bassinet service is not available on aircraft model A330-300 (33G, business class only), 32H, 32K, 32S, 32Y, 32T, and 32U.

The processing time for ticket refunds is generally 6 to 8 weeks. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment account or credit card. Once the refund is completed, banks or payment platforms typically require 3 to 5 business days to process the transaction. If you have not yet received your refund, please inquire with your bank or payment platform. If the bank indicates that the refund has not been received, please provide the refund application date and ticket number in the Requirements specification, and we will forward this information to our finance department for investigation.

The selected seats may be adjusted due to changes in the flight schedule or operational reasons. If your booked seat is changed prior to departure, we will arrange a seat of equal value. If you do not agree to the change, we can assist with rebooking. If necessary, please provide the full English names of all passengers, the ticket number, and the details of the seat change in the requirements specification.

Hong Kong Airlines provide three types of wheelchair assistance services: WCHR (passengers can reach their seat independently from the aircraft door with wheelchair assistance needed), WCHS (requires an accompanying passenger over 18 years old, passengers cannot independently use stairs but can reach their seat independently), and WCHC (requires an accompanying passenger over 18 years old, passengers must remain in the wheelchair and need assistance with stairs and reaching their seat).
